This policy explains how Throneweld collects and uses information when you visit the website, create an account, participate in the open beta, use community features or request email updates.

Information we collect

• Account information: username, optional email address, password hash, account dates and policy-acceptance records.
• Game information: kingdoms, game progress, inventories, alliances, reports, preferences and other actions needed to operate the game.
• Community content: forum posts, mail, reports and other content you submit. Some forum content and usernames may be public.
• Security and technical information: IP address for login and abuse prevention, browser/user-agent information, session identifiers, logs and privacy-preserving page-view measurements.
• Email-update information: email address, consent time, signup source, subscription status and unsubscribe token.
• Notifications: browser push-subscription details when you voluntarily enable push notifications.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure accounts; run the persistent game world; prevent cheating, spam and abuse; provide support; improve performance and gameplay; deliver notifications you request; maintain legal and operational records; and send optional development or launch emails when you consent.

Cookies and local technologies

Throneweld uses a session cookie required for login, security and account continuity. Browser storage, service workers or push-notification technology may be used for game functionality. We do not currently use third-party behavioral advertising cookies.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by hosting, database, content-delivery, security, email or notification providers that help operate Throneweld. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate notice and safeguards.

Payments

Purchasing is disabled during the current open beta. If payments are enabled later, this policy and the applicable payment disclosures will be updated before payment information is collected. Throneweld does not intend to store complete card numbers.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to operate and secure the beta, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security.

Your choices

• Email updates are optional and separate from account registration.
• Every marketing email will provide an unsubscribe method.
• You may request access, correction or deletion of your account information, subject to security, fraud-prevention and legal-retention needs.
• You can disable browser notifications through your browser or device settings.

Age requirement

Throneweld is a general-audience service and is not directed to children under 13. Users must be at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 provided information, contact us so it can be reviewed and removed.

International users

Throneweld is operated from the United States. If you access it elsewhere, your information may be processed in the United States. Additional regional rights may apply depending on where you live.

Changes and contact
