These Terms govern access to Throneweld and participation in its open beta. By creating an account or using the game, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Throneweld. If the law where you live requires a greater age to consent to these Terms, you may use the service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Open-beta service

Throneweld is unfinished test software. Features, balance, rules, content and availability may change. Bugs, interruptions, data loss, realm resets and account rollbacks may occur. We may modify, suspend or end the beta when reasonably necessary.

Accounts

Provide accurate registration information, protect your password and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account. Usernames, kingdom names or other identifiers may be changed or removed when they impersonate others, violate rights or disrupt the community.

Acceptable conduct

You may not cheat; exploit bugs; automate gameplay without permission; evade restrictions; harass or threaten others; post unlawful, deceptive or infringing material; attempt unauthorized access; disrupt the service; distribute malware; scrape private data; buy or sell accounts; or use Throneweld for unlawful activity. Report security vulnerabilities privately to support rather than exploiting or publishing them before they can be addressed.

User content

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant Throneweld a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display and moderate that content solely as reasonably needed to operate, promote and improve the service. Do not submit content you lack permission to use.

Game content and virtual items

Throneweld software, artwork, text, branding and game systems are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. The service grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to play for personal use. Accounts, game resources, currencies, cosmetics and other virtual items have no cash value or ownership interest and may be adjusted or removed during beta testing.

Purchases

Purchasing is currently under construction and disabled. Displayed packages, prices or benefits are previews and are not offers for sale. Separate payment, refund and cancellation terms will be published before real-money transactions are enabled.

Moderation and termination

We may investigate violations and restrict, suspend or terminate accounts or content when reasonably necessary to protect the game, users or legal rights. You may stop using the service at any time and may contact support to request account deletion.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the beta is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Throneweld’s operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the beta. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms as the beta develops. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and may require renewed acceptance. These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the laws of the operator’s state, without overriding consumer protections that apply where you live.
